Seeking a Director of IT to oversee technology systems, infrastructure and administration of these for a healthcare business services company.  Provides the operation of all hardware and systems software related to supporting existing internal and external customers in a high growth and fast paced environment. The Director will operate in a cross-organizational program leadership role working with Executive Management, Operations team, Sales group and Customer Services as well as any 3rd Party technology solution provider.  Associate will interact with his or her supervisor as needed. The Director will keep abreast of the latest emerging trends and technology advances and be able to identify ways company may leverage these to improve customer service levels and revenue goals.


  • Responsible for maintenance, performance and security of all computer systems.
  • Perform disaster recovery testing and resolve any issues related to system architecture.
  • Manages IT vendor relationships.
  • Perform project management duties related to software development.
  • Diagnose and resolve internal and external user technology issues.
  • Research, develop and communicate solutions using all available information resources to resolve issues
  • Effectively communicate technology solutions to non-technology staff.
  • Develop reports to monitor and track outstanding issues and develop reports to identify trends.
  • Prepare activity reports.
  • Manage complexity of varying technologies.
  • Exhibit innovation and problem solving in work situations.
  • Strategic decision making.


  • Bachelors Degree + 5 years equivalent subject matter experience.  MS certifications are preferred.
  • Experienced in working with variety of Operating Systems such as Windows Server, VMWare and Linux
  • Experience working with firewalls and load balancers
  • Ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities with efficiency and ease
  • Relationship building skills
  • Proficient presentation skills
  • Expert project planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability for collecting and analyzing data to identify issues and  opportunities
  • Ability to successfully recruit, coach, train, retain, and redirect others
  • HIPAA and HITRUST experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred

COMPENSATION:  $110,000 - $150,000 Annually. Compensation is commensurate with level of experience.
